Refunds & Cancellations

The following guidelines govern cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for ritual bookings and Utsavam packages at Devipuram. All requests are subject to temple schedules and availability.

Eligibility

  • Requests shall be raised from the registered email/account associated with the booking.
  • For time-bound rituals and Utsavam packages, requests shall be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
  • If the ritual has been performed or materials have been procured, a reschedule may be offered in lieu of a refund, subject to availability.

Temple-initiated Changes

In the event of operational constraints, safety considerations, or force majeure, Devipuram may reschedule or cancel a booking. Devotees may opt for a reschedule or a refund in accordance with this policy.

Refund Timelines

  • Upon approval, refunds shall be initiated within 3 working days.
  • Credit to the original payment method typically occurs within 5–7 working days, subject to your bank/payment provider.

Partial Refunds and Fees

Non-recoverable costs actually incurred (e.g., special materials) may be deducted from the refundable amount. Payment gateway charges are generally non-refundable once a transaction is processed.
